Frontera Development begins Cotton Crossing Phase I
Woodway, TX, January 16, 2006: Frontera Development, L.L.C. proudly announces that construction has commenced on Phase I of Cotton Crossing a new master planned “Traditional Neighborhood Development”. The project will be located in Woodway, TX on the site that was originally Western Oaks Country Club.
The land purchase and development were financed by American Bank and construction of the streets & utilities was awarded to Barnett Contracting.

The initial phase will consist of Twenty Three “zero lot line” lots, several of which have water frontage on a beautiful 1.5 acre lake. There will be a homeowners association to maintain common areas and parks, as well as upkeep and mowing of neighborhood yards. The entire subdivision will be strictly controlled through deed restrictions and an Architectural Control Committee.
A model home will be built to serve as an office for the project as well as a design & sales center for potential customers to utilize in their decision making process. Construction on the model home will begin in early Spring 06’.
